You have two routes: delete directly from Settings, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.
Delete inside the app
- Open Pulse Circle and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
- Keep an internet connection until the request succeeds. If it fails, retry or contact us below.
Request deletion without the app
Email adhrangdhria8@gmail.com from your Google sign-in address with the subject Pulse Circle account deletion. Say that you want your Pulse Circle account and associated data deleted. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
Do not include your password, authentication tokens, or medical/health records. You can use this process if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
What account deletion removes
Deletion removes your Pulse Circle identity and sign-in sessions, profile, uploaded health summaries, live sessions, sharing permissions and memberships from the active database. It also deletes circles you own and their invitations. Other members’ own accounts and health records are not deleted.
Original records in Health Connect, wearable services and source apps remain. Clear Android app storage or uninstall to remove local app data. Copies saved by other circle members cannot be recalled.
Infrastructure logs, correspondence and provider backups may remain separately until their applicable retention process expires. See the retention section for details.
Keep your account, remove uploads
Choose Settings → Delete uploaded data to remove uploaded summaries, live sessions and sharing permissions while keeping your account and circle memberships. Uploads pause until you explicitly resume them. Changing circle sharing or revoking a permission alone does not delete previous uploads.
